Price

The price for each Product is shown on  will not apply tax or customs charges. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or Country.

If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment(or you can use the shipping calculator to calculate the shipping cost), based on the delivery address you specify.

Availability

Refunds can only be made if you pay using paypal or worldpay.Orders originally paid by bank transfer / western union are not normally refundable by bank transfer/ western union and the refund can be made in the form of credit or loyalty reward point extended by against future orders.

Shipping And Handling

Postage and Packing charges depends on where you are ordering from. Once your package has been shipped off, we are not held responsible if any of the products are missing or damaged.
 

Delivery

Orders are despatched by Fedex, DHL or Pos Laju. Our couriers require a signature ,so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Order.Therefore only the authorized receiver will be permitted to accept the delivery. Upon the shipping destination, please be ensure that the authorized receiver is present to make authorized signature. We reserved the rights not to released the delivery with the absents of the authorized receiver.
All orders will be delivered within 1-6 days upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on courier you have choosen, excluding Saturday and Sunday.We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on us .However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay deliveries might occurs, We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

We offer you from 3 months to 12 months of warranty, unless otherwise specified, from the purchase date on our products. But if you meet any problem of our products please contact us as soon as possible. You will be required to send back the defaulted unit to us along with the warranty documents. Upon successful warranty claim, which normally takes not more than 7 days pertaining stock availability, we will send you a good working unit in return.- See Warranty Terms

Cancellation of orders

1. - CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT

If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference.
We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order.

If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and the currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.

2. - WITHDRAWING AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT

If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has entered the packing stage we may charge a restocking fee if you cancel the order for those items.
If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.
If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not cancelling the previous items, that can usually be processed without any extra fees - please contact us.

If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change your mind and cancel the total order, but our policy is that your order payment will be credited to your account to be used for your next order. If you would like a refund for any reason, please talk to us.
